Refunds Policy
If you have bought an item that is not what you expected you may return it to us in it’s original packaging, unused and in a resellable condition. This must be done within 14 days and you must contact us at info@fiio.eu before returning the item to ensure you get a timely refund. All returns costs are payable by the customer and refunds are granted once the items have been returned in full and checked.
Cancellations
The customer has the right to cancel a purchase and as such must do so in writing to info@fiio.eu In the event that the item has been despatched the customer will have to return the item as above for a full refund. Return costs are subject to the circumstance and will be discussed at the time of cancellation.
