Buyer agrees to the processing of their personal data including the following:

E-mail address
Phone number (hereafter collectively referred to as “personal data“)
The buyer agrees to the processing of personal data by the seller for the purpose of the realization of rights and obligations under the Contract and for the purpose of maintaining a user account. If the buyer does not select another option, he/she agrees to the processing of personal data by the seller as well as  for the purpose of sending the buyer promotional information, commercial messages (newsletters) or other forms of marketing materials to the buyer.
